Le calendrier des appels de fonds suit une organisation précise, pensée pour offrir à vos clients visibilité, régularité et anticipation dans la gestion de leur engagement.

🔹 Premier appel de fonds

Le premier appel intervient environ un mois après le closing auquel est rattachée la souscription :

• Taux d’appel :
  ▪️ 10 % de l’engagement pour les investisseurs des trois premiers closings
  ▪️ 20 % pour les investisseurs du dernier closing, correspondant à un double appel (10 % au titre de leur souscription + 10 % au titre du premier appel semestriel)

🔹 Appels de fonds récurrents

À partir de la deuxième année de vie du Millésime, les appels de fonds suivent une cadence semestrielle fixe :

• 📅 21 avril et 21 octobre de chaque année
• ✅ Si l’une de ces dates coïncide avec un jour férié ou une journée de fermeture bancaire, l’appel est automatiquement décalé au jour ouvré suivant

📨 Mise à disposition des notices

• Les notices d’appel de fonds sont mises à disposition dans l’Espace Investisseurs 2 semaines avant la date d’appel
• Les conseillers sont informés en amont de cette mise à disposition afin de pouvoir accompagner leurs clients dans les meilleures conditions

🔐 Accès à l’Espace Investisseurs

Les nouveaux investisseurs reçoivent leurs identifiants de connexion à l’Espace Investisseurs au moment de l’envoi de leur première notice d’appel de fonds.

📆 Capital Call Process – Altaroc Odyssey Vintages

The capital call schedule is designed to offer your clients clarity, consistency, and predictability in the management of their Private Equity commitments.

🔹 First Capital Call

The first capital call occurs approximately one month after the closing date associated with the subscription:

• Call rate:
  ▪️ 10% of the commitment for investors in the first three closings
  ▪️ 20% for investors in the final closing, reflecting a double call (10% for their initial commitment + 10% for the first semi-annual capital call)

🔹 Recurring Capital Calls

From the second year of the Vintage onward, capital calls follow a fixed semi-annual schedule:

• 📅 April 21st and October 21st each year
• ✅ If the scheduled date falls on a bank holiday or non-business day, the call will be postponed to the next business day

📨 Capital Call Notices

• Capital call notices are made available in the Investor Portal 2 weeks prior to each capital call date
• Advisors are notified in advance to ensure they can proactively support their clients

🔐 Access to the Investor Portal

New investors will receive their login credentials to the Investor Portal when their first capital call notice is issued.
